RED WINES

Amarotto: Amarotto, or a “little” Amarone is a gem not to be overlooked. It is dry, deep red, full-bodied and robust with an intense mouth feel. Quickly becoming one of North America’s more popular wines.

Coastal Cabernet Sauvignon: Using grapes grown by the coast gives uniqueness to the aromas of anise and spiced plums which intermingle with vanilla. Supple tannins provide support while adding complexity to this brilliant ruby red wine.

Malbec: Typically aged in oak casks, this wine has distinct plum aromas enhanced by oak. It is generously spicy, with good body and a long, round finish. The colour is deep red with intense violet tones. A bouquet of sweet and soft tannins greets the nose.

Merlot: This Italian grape varietal produces a ruby coloured wine with a velvety quality. Rich with earthy tones, it produces a dry, smooth wine of excellent character.

Pinot Nero/Cabernet Sauvignon: A well-balanced varietal blend offering complex flavours and a bouquet of red currants and spices with earthy notes. It is a medium-bodied, brilliant ruby red wine of great character.

Shiraz: This wine is rich and tannic with intense fruit flavours, aromas and hidden features that will indulge your senses. Highly aromatic, it can easily become addictive.

Valpolicella style: A classic Italian wine, ruby red and moderately intense, pleasantly subtle and well-balanced with a slight nuttiness and a fruity bouquet.

WHITE WINES

California Sauvignon Blanc: This classic grape produces a dry wine with very distinctive aromas and smoky notes. An excellent wine, slightly high in acidity, yet pleasantly smooth and fresh.

Chardonnay: A soft, distinctive dry wine, straw coloured with a delightful fruitiness. This wine has aromas of apple, lemon, nuts and vanilla which makes it a superb nectar for all occasions.

Liebfraumilch: Derived primarily from the Riesling and Müller-Thurgau grapes, its light, fruity bouquet, delicate perfumes and pleasant body are the main characteristics of this fruity and mellow wine.

Piesporter: Sip this delightful wine and discover the peach, citrus and fruity floral notes. Piesporter is a noble wine that is understated. It is a must try!

Riesling/Traminer: This varietal blend produces a wonderful wine which is distinct in its own right. Straw-coloured, dry, with a slight nuttiness, subtly fruity and aromatic.

 

Rose/Blush Wines

White Merlot: Merlot, traditionally red in colour, with a twist. Using the white meat from the grape and allowing a short contact time with the skin makes this a delightful rose. Aromas and flavours of strawberries and other fruits with a slight acidity, this soft pi9nk, well-balanced wine has a dry, crisp finish.

Zinfandel Blush: This wine features a delicious fruity flavour, enhanced by its floral bouquet. Excellent for all occasions, this beauty has a ‘pink: or coral hue. A pleasantly delicate wine that is best served chilled.
