SHIRAZ -
An intense wine with a rich red color, it has an abundance of fruit and berry aromas. With hints of herbs and pepper, this wine leaves you with a fullness in the mouth. (OAK INCLUDED WITH KIT 40 grams)
VALPOLICELLA -
This Italian classic is a ruby red wine of moderate intensity. Pleasantly subtle with a slight nuttiness and a fruity bouquet. (OAK INCLUDED WITH KIT 20 grams)
VIEUX CHATEAU DU ROI™ -
As the name implies this is the King of French red wines. Made from a blend of grape varietals, it is rich and tannic with a soft subtle character. (OAK INCLUDED WITH KIT 40 grams)
WHITE WINE KITS PINOT CHARDONNAY -
The Chardonnay grape is considered royalty among the varietal whites. This wine is truly enjoyable with its golden color and subtle, buttery after taste with hints of fruit and vanilla. (OAK INCLUDED WITH KIT 20 grams)
CHAMBLAISE™ -
Produced from a delicate grape blend, this is perhaps one of the most subtle white wines. Pale yellow color, light-bodied, fruity and dry. Great for first time wine makers.
RIESLING -
This German varietal produces a wine with a bright straw yellow color; it is a fruity, aromatic and dry wine. Best served young.
SAUVIGNON BLANC -
Made from an aromatic French varietal, this elegant wine which is the color of straw is delicate, fruity and dry. Best consumed young. (OAK INCLUDED WITH KIT 20 grams)
SOAVE -
Made from a blend of varietals, which produce a delicate wine, which is the color of straw and boasts hints of lemon and nuts.
AGING: All of your homemade wines may be consumed immediately after bottling, but most of them will improve with a few months of aging. The results of aging for longer periods of time will vary depending on the care taken during production, filtering and bottling. IMPORTANT: the cork quality and storage conditions will also play a big role in the aging process of your delicate wine.
