Word Wine Australian Crested Cockatoo Chardonnay Style: A rich wine with prominent buttery, pear, peach, and apple notes. Ages well with fine oak in its finish but also flavourful young.

Australian Red Kangaroo Shiraz Style: Intense red with a mixed berry and fruit bouquet. Age with oak. Excellent young but best aged.

Canada White Heron Chardonnay Style: A full-bodied, dry wine with a brilliant light gold colour and a complex fruity bouquet of pears, apples, and apricots. Excellent with cream soups, seafood, fowl, veal, and pasta.

Canada Prairie Crocus Blush Style: Made from the Red Zinfandel grape with a minimal color extraction, this wine has a beautiful pale salmon color with hints of coral. It has delicious fruit flavours, and a floral bouquet.

Hungarian Egri Bikaver Red Style: “Bulls Blood” in Hungarian. Best known Hungarian red wine. A blend of Kardarka, Kepfrankos and Merlot grapes.

New Zealand Oyster Cove Pinot Noir Style: A well-balanced varietal with earth and plum notes. It is brilliant red in colour and ages well.

New Zealand Pia White Style: A dry, full-bodied chardonnay-type wine made from the highest quality grapes. Ages well with oak.

New Zealand Magpie Merlot Style: A dry, full-flavoured wine with aromas of earth, plum, and ripe fruit. A great complement with beef, heavy pasta dishes and chocolate

South Africa Blackroot Merlot Style: Medium dark-red with a smooth rich flavour. Fruity overtones. Goes well with game, cheese & hors d’oeuvres. A lively, lingering wine.
